Resource enrollment process

Initial engagement
GBE to meet with Hiring Manager, understand role, deliverables, KPI's, Succession and clearly identify positions deliverables and close agreement once in agreement to start appointment process.
GBE screening & pre-interview process
Identify Talent on database.
Conduct all initial screening and security and vetting processes.
Narrow down the screened talent pool to secure a more fitting candidate for the role.
All pre interviews will be engaged with resources identified to be in the top 5%.
Risk assessments done on all gbe staff
Conduct employment reference checks x2.
Additional risk assessment (i.e. credit, criminal, education verification).
Psychometric assessments (optional)
